Constantine wrote and co-directed Lessons from Louise which opened at the Man in the Moon Theatre (Chelsea) in March 2000. He has recently completed a stage adaptation of Milan Kundera's short story Symposium and has also written Parthenon Lost: A Diaologue on the Parthenon Marbles, which received its Premiere in May at the Oxford Greek Festival 2004 and was most recently performed at the XVIth International Symposium of the Olympic Centre for Philosophy and Culture which took place at Pyrgos of Elia and Ancient Olympia, Greece in July 2005. Current writing projects include a stage adaptation of Premchand's The Chess Players , Neurons! (a modern adaptation of Aristophanes' Clouds) and Objectivity: a new musical comedy in three acts and an appendix. He has played guitar on a number of Sandis' children's shows, and has written a number of stories for children. His senryu have been published in various short verse journals and anthologies.

He is one of the founding directors of Sandis Productions, heading the company's London and Oxford branches. He recently co-directed the UK Premiere of Many Loves by Pulitzer Prize Winner William Carlos Williams, at the Lilian Baylis Theatre, Sadler's Wells. Constantine has also enjoyed teaching Drama, as well as acting. He was last seen performing in The Three Little Wolves and the Big Bad Pig.
