Curious Carla & the Question of Philosophy!
The First in the Curious Carla Series.
Curious Carla is the most curious 7 year old in the world. One day she witnesses an incident at school she feels sure must be reported…that is until her curiosity gets the better of her. Worried about the consequences of her beliefs, she finds herself sitting under the statue of Dewey asking:“ How can I be certain I am right?”
Her troubles seem unsolvable until something very strange happens. Her question magically awakens Dewey who tells her of a “special” book in the library that will help her solve her problems. When Curious Carla opens the book a fantastic adventure awaits her! She meets Socrates, Descartes, Locke and Kant, and along with plenty of audience participation they help her solve “the problem of knowledge”!
Originally commissioned by SAPERE “Curious Carla and the question of philosophy” uses original puppets, music and audience participation to introduce children to philosophical questions and some of the great philosophers who have tried to answer them. The 45mins show can be followed by a storytelling, singing, and puppet-making workshop exploring the subject further in a fun and creative way!

Pegasus and Mendios
Tired of life as an illustration in an old library book, the little donkey Mendios decides to pop out for some fresh air. Pegasus the winged horse from a book on the opposite shelf, has the same idea. The new found friends set out on a series of amazing adventures through the ages of Greek history and mythology where magical creatures, gods and many more surprises await them! More info.
The Crocodile who went to the Dentist
Cornelius (the crocodile) doesn't just like to eat hands, he has become a bit of a connoisseur! He boasts of having eaten hands of boxers, pianists, and waiters. However when his friends ask him whether or not he has ever eaten a dentists' hand, Cornelius must confess that he hasn't. But he promises to do so by the next morning...more info.The Island of no Cats
Vindalou, a clean and law abiding citizen of Catmandu has one small problem: Cats! The mere word gives him the shivers. And so he goes to see his doctor in hope of finding a cure. The doctor has no choice but to send Vindalou to a place most mice can only dream of: The Island of No Cats, where there are no cats at all, and cheese grows on every tree. Of course, things don't turn out quite as Vindalou had imagined...
Despina and the Dove is the amazing story in which a dove and a little girl named Despina travel through time on a magic olive tree in order to thwart a plot devised by Evil Shadows to destroy the Olympic Games. Its aim is to familiarise youth with the Olympic Games, their history, and inspire them to get involved in sports! More info .

A Swallow over Europe
A young mysterious girl who travels on a magic cloud, invites a little swallow to travel with her throughout Europe. They pick a flower from each country, in order to make a nest in Belgium. Choose any of the above shows or if you've got a bit of cash to splash then have a personalized one created just for you, your mum, best friend, or even your boss? All you have to do is submit details of the person you wish the show to be created for and within 3 weeks we will transform it into a musical puppet show, featuring a variety of animals as yourself your friends and relatives! We require a few photographs and a list of memorable events you wish mentioned as well as any personal characteristics or habits that would be fun to reproduce. Perfect for Weddings, Birthdays and Anniversaries!
